1. Shipping Coverage
We ship Pan India via trusted delivery partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the country.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the location and courier serviceability.
- Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier-related issues are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned during checkout.
- Free shipping offers may apply during special promotions or on minimum order amounts.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 2 days of product delivery for the following reasons:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You are unsatisfied with the quality, provided the product is unused.
⚠️ A mandatory unboxing video (from package opening to showing the issue clearly) is required to process any return or refund request.
2. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, exposure to water/chemicals, or not in original condition will not be accepted.
3. Return Process & Shipping
- If your return is approved, Lahvina will arrange a return pickup via courier.
- However, you will be required to pay the forward shipping cost (both ways if applicable).
- The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
- The return must be properly packed and ready for pickup on the agreed date.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank Transfer).
- You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund is initiated.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized jewellery items
- Items without original packaging or invoice
- Items returned without a valid unboxing video

- Lahvina reserves the right to deny a refund or return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
